.Grilled steak ( about the size of the palm of your hand)
Sweet potato

The above meal planner is an an example. Get creative and vary your choices at each meal. Portion size should be as follows:


Eat 4-5 serves of vegetables a day. One serve equals half a cup


Eat 2-3 serves of fruit a day. One serve equals half a cup


Eat 2 serves of essential fatty acids a day. one serve equals 1 tablespoon of olive oil or flaxseed oil, or a quarter cup of nuts or a quarter cup of avocado.


Eat 1 serving of animal protein a day, palm size


Eat 2-3 serves of vegetable protein a day. One serve equals half a cup
