Healthy Recipe Tandoori Lamb Salad
Ingredients:
Lamb
Crushed garlic
Grated Ginger
Paprika
Tandoori spice
Ground Turmeric
Lemon juice
Fresh Mint
Fresh Coriander
Onion
Green beans
Lettuce and cucumber
Method:
Mix together Tandoori spice, turmeric, paprika, crushed garlic, and ground ginger into a bowl and then toss sliced lamb pieces into bowl and make sure the lamb is coated in the spice.
Once completely coated, place lamb on grill till cooked.
Mix together Onions, Green beans, and place on a bed of lettuce. Place sliced cooked lamb onto salad and squeeze the juice of one lemon over the lamb. Garnish with fresh mint and coriander.
Healthy Recipe Easy Crunchy Fresh Apple and Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
Chicken Apple Celery Mushroom Zucchinni Capsicum
Juice of one lemon Lettuce Celery Tomato Carrot Green beans
Method:
Core and cut apple into squares. Dip the apple pieces into the juice of one lemon. Combine grilled chicken, apple, and cut up celery, mushroom, zucchini, carrot, tomato, capsicum , green beans and place on a fresh bed of lettuce. Drizzle some balsamic oil and vinegar over the salad. Serve with a slice of crunchy toasted Rye bread with a spread of fresh avocado
