Four steps to giving yourself a beauty care facial massage at home
- Place your thumbs on the outside of each eye with your fingers resting gently on top of your head. With a firm movement, slide your thumbs from the corner of your eyes out towards your temple.
Repeat this ten times
- Sitting upright, tilt your head backwards to look at the ceiling. Bring your teeth together in a chewing movement until you feel the muscles in your neck stretching and working out.
Repeat this ten times
- With your lips closed, suck your cheeks towards your teeth. Hold for a count of ten, then relax.
Repeat this five times
- Rub your hands vigorously together for a few seconds then rest your elbows on the table. Cup your palms and with your eyes closed, rest the eye are on open palms for up to two minutes.
